1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  • A return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Books must have no torn pages, annotations, writing, highlighting, or physical damage caused after delivery.
  • Customized, personalized, or custom-stitched items are non-returnable.
  • Digital products and e-books are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: Share your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and your reason for the return.
  3. Await Approval: Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  4. Ship the Item: If approved, securely package the item and ship it to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or an incorrect product was delivered.
  5. Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the outcome.

3. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of inspection approval.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
  • If your refund appears delayed, please first check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received an incorrect item (different from what you ordered).
  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

For eligible exchanges, follow the same process as returns and specify the replacement item you need. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and are offered for items of equal or lesser value.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Digital products or e-books
  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional discount sales
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage by the customer

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled at no charge before they have been dispatched for shipping.
  • To cancel, contact us immediately via phone or email with your order number.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the standard return process.
  • Approved pre-shipment cancellations will receive a full refund within 3–5 business days.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
