All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time without prior notice.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
  • A dispatch notification with tracking details (where available) will be sent once your order has been shipped.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

We currently ship to locations across Pakistan. Shipping to additional international destinations may be available upon request — please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

  • Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, etc.): 2–4 business days
  • Other cities and towns: 3–7 business days

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
  • Free shipping may be available on orders above a qualifying minimum value, as indicated on our website.

6. Order Tracking

7. Failed or Undelivered Orders

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or absence of the recipient, the courier may re-attempt delivery or hold the package at a local depot.
  • Edshop is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
  • Unclaimed or returned-to-sender packages will incur re-shipping charges to be resent.
